Willow Creek Campground, in Heppner, Oregon is a hidden surprise in the vast prairie of eastern Oregon. It is located along the Blue Mountain Scenic Byway, on a lake created by the Willow Creek Dam built in 1983. It has 24 spaces that easily accommodate big or small rigs. The campground is open from March 15 to December 1st each year.
Full hookups at $22.00 per night and sites with water and electricity are $18.00 per night. Tent sites are $10.00 per night. It is a clean, well maintained campground and is a good jumping off place for visiting the Blue Mountains of Eastern Oregon or enjoying historic Heppener in the heart of Irish territory.
To get there take highway 206 from Condon, Oregon or highway 74 from I84 in the Columbia Gorge. It is located on the lake approximately a half mile up Willow Creek Road from the junction with Highway 207 at the Heppner city limits.
